If you want to see skyscrapers you are in for a treat since “The Mile-High city” as it is called has plenty of them and it is also very tall, standing proud at 5.280 feet above the sea level.
The city is situated in the Great Plains right before the Rocky Mountains start. There will be plenty to do and see in Denver especially since you can also take day trips to the mountains nearby if you feel like getting away from the crowded city life.
